报告题目:一类具有分布时滞、CTL免疫反应和免疫损害的非线性HTLV-I感染模型的全局动力学分析

摘要:It is well known that CTL (cytotoxic T lymphocyte) immune response could be broadly classified into lytic and nonlytic components, nonlinear functions can better reproduce saturated effects in the interaction processes between cell and viral populations, and distributed intracellular delay can realistically reect the stochastic element in the delay effects. For these reasons, we develop an HTLV-I (Human T-cell leukemia virus type I) infection model with nonlinear lytic and nonlytic CTL immune responses, nonlinear incidence rate, distributed intracellular delay and immune impairment. Through conducting complete analysis, it is revealed that all these factors inuence the concentration level of infected T-cells at the chronic-infection equilibrium, whereas intracellular distributed delay and nonlinear incidence rate may change the expression of the basic reproduction number R0 in the context where the model proposed still preserves the threshold dynamics. Our analysis results obtained may improve several existing works by comparison. We also perform global sensitivity analysis for R0 in order to explore the effective strategies of lowering the concentration level of infected T-cells.
报告人简介:刘志军,大连理工大学博士、陕西师范大学博士后,湖北民族大学理学院院长、二级教授、四川大学兼职博士生导师、美国《数学评论》评论员,中国生物数学学会、湖北省数学学会和湖北省工业与应用数学学会常务理事、湖北省新世纪高层次人才人选、湖北五一劳动奖章获得者。主要从事非线性生物动力系统的研究工作,以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外学术刊物上发表SCI检索论文40余篇;主持在研国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,主持完成国家自然科学基金地区项目、教育部科学技术研究重点项目、中国博士后科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金各1项;获得湖北省自然科学奖三等奖(排序第2)一项。
